Threads should not contain anything to offend another player, the focus is on a Staff Member.
All threads require proof (Screenshots, or Videos), if you can not prove it then your thread will get locked. Your thread will also be locked if you fail to use the format given. We do not accept edited/cropped images whatsoever.
The thread title should be the following:
Staff Members Name - Reason For Reporting

Your In-Game Name:
Staff Member You're Reporting:
Date/Time:
What Happened:
Proof:
Explanation of the Format:
Your In-Game Name Your MineCraft in-game name.
Staff Member your reporting: The name of the person you are reporting; the MC account name of the abuser.
Date/Time: Exactly as it sounds. The Time and Date is when you observed the abusing Staff Member (basically when you took the evidence); be sure to include what your local time zone is!
What Happened: During the time you noticed the Staff Member Abusing, what happened to make him abuse?
Proof: The evidence of the offender committing the offense or breaking Staff rules.
*In the event that you wish to remove the evidence for convenience reasons, such as deleting Screen Shots or videos, is not tolerated. Once proof is submitted, it must stay there. The Staff need all the proof to make a final decision. If deleting some evidence, can make yourself and the Staff look bad. Though this is not a rule that you cannot delete proof one the thread is submitted, it is very suspicious.
